We’ve been Getting Jiggy Wit’ It all week but have you been making the most out of this toner track?
Here are a few pointers on making this an effective toner on the ‘travelling squat to narrow double squat’ move:
1. Chest is lifted, chin is up.
2. Do NOT come up through this sequence. In fact GET LOWER!
3. Squat with feet-knees-hips in the same line.
The key is to stay low and minimize the bounce throughout the entire song.
