This training will be held over two evenings from 4-8pm each day.

This is your time to shine! Are you ready to motivate others to be their best selves? Our instructor training combines different learning modalities to provide you with all the skills, tools and knowledge you need to teach and run your own HIGH and/or LOW classes! No prior experience is necessary.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You are required to complete all of these steps in order to complete your certification and become an instructor.

• ONLINE CURRICULUM: you will get access to the online curriculum as soon as you register for your training. 
• FULL DAY IMMERSIVE IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL CURRICULUM: This is where you will be working with a master trainer to get practical experience. There’s a lot packed into one day but this day will build on the information you already gained from the online curriculum
• POST TRAINING MENTORSHIP: Our team is always here for you. They will follow up with you post-training based on your specific needs and personal journey.
