Subscription Information

Instructor Subscription HOLDS and CANCELLATION Information.

ACCOUNT HOLD:

Instructor subscriptions may be put on hold for a minimum of 2 months, and up to a maximum of 12 consecutive months. Holds that last between 9-12 months will require video submission in order to complete re-activation. Holds that roll over the 12 month mark with automatically be considered cancelled subscriptions, and retraining will be required for reactivation.

Subscriptions may be reactivated at any time during the 12 month hold period. Instructors are granted one hold every calendar year*. For further information or if you have any questions, please contact [email protected] directly.

BANKING INFORMATION CHANGE/UPDATE:

US Instructors:

You can update your own banking or credit card information by clicking on the link at the BOTTOM of your monthly payment receipt.

Canadian Instructors: 

You may update your information by filling out a new CAD banking information form. Changes must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to your next payment. Changes submitted after the 7 business day mark will be applied to the following month. Click below to request a banking information form.

ACCOUNT CANCELLATION:

If you wish to fully cancel your subscription, please contact [email protected] directly. 30 business days notice is required for subscription cancellations. Retraining is required for re-activation of a cancelled subscription.
