Get certified to teach our newest format – music driven stretching that everyone needs – HIGH Yo!  Your training day will set you up with the building blocks of knowledge needed to teach successful HIGH Yo classes. As the first step in our 2-step training process, be prepared for an action packed day of learning and fun. Once you’ve completed the full one-day training you will work closely with our mentoring team to complete the 2nd step of the process, and be ready to SOAR!*
