Shipping & Returns

We would be happy to help you exchange your item(s) or return for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please go to this link (https://shop.highfitness.com/pages/returns-1) to receive a Return Authorization Number.  Include that number in your return and write the item you would like to exchange it for (if you are exchanging).  We will do our best to exchange based on inventory availability once the order is received but can not make any guarantee.  

– All clearance purchases are final sale.

Shipping Policy– Shipping for High Fitness products starts at $7.50 via USPS to anywhere in U.S.A.  Shipping to Canada is available starting at $10.  All products will leave our warehouse 2-3 business days.  Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country will be the responsibility of the customer.
